About the LillyBrooke Foundation Inc.

The LillyBrooke Foundation has been formed as a nonprofit corporation and has submitted its application for federal
501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. Final determination is currently pending.
The Foundation is being established to provide flexible, community-supported funding that strengthens services for children and families when grant and county resources are limited or unavailable.
We look forward to sharing updates as soon as federal tax-exempt status is finalized.
