ALISON FOX - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; INVESTIGATIONS AND VICTIM SERVICES; FORENSIC INTERVIEWER: Ali Fox serves as the Director of Investigations and Victim Services at LillyBrooke Family Justice Center and the Bonner County Prosecutor's Office. She joined the team in 2018 after earning her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from the University of Idaho. Ali began her career as a victim advocate and victim-witness coordinator, providing critical support and advocacy for victims of crime throughout the legal process. Motivated by a deep passion for helping children and families impacted by abuse, she became a child forensic interviewer in 2020. Ali is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Criminology and remains dedicated to strengthening multidisciplinary team collaboration, supporting victims, and improving justice outcomes for vulnerable populations in Bonner County.

CHRISTIAN FRYE - CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR; INVESTIGATIONS & VICTIM SERVICES: Christian is a sworn law enforcement officer and has been the Criminal Investigator for the Bonner County Prosecutor's Office since 2018. Christian's law enforcement career spans 27 years and has included serving on SWAT, patrol, investigations and teaching at the Idaho POST academy, specializing in emergency vehicle operation. Christian earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice policy & leadership from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a 2020 Leadership Trilogy award recipient from the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA). Christian is a member of the Bonner County child abuse multi-disciplinary task force, working closely with team members in the effort to successfully investigate and prosecute cases involving domestic violence and crimes against children. In this role, Christian can usually be found at the LillyBrooke Family Justice Center, where he also carries a case-load assisting and helping to provide guidance to victims of crime through the legal process.

GARRETT FITZGERALD - VICTIM WITNESS COORDINATOR; INVESTIGATIONS & VICTIM SERVICES: Garrett Fitzgerald began working at LillyBrooke in 2024 as a Victim Witness coordinator and advocate. Originally from south, south of Boise, Garrett obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology in 1995. Garrett recently retired from law enforcement after 28 years of dedication to the community during which time, he was a Field Training Officer, Narcotic Detective, assigned to a High Risk Search Warrant team, Special Problems Unit, Economic Crimes Detective, and Crimes Against Persons Detective. He was also an active member of his department’s Crisis Negotiation Team, responding to numerous calls for service and interviewing victims and suspects of various crimes. Garrett’s law enforcement career concluded with his assignment to the Special Victim’s Unit as a Detective investigating sexual assault related crimes and crimes involving juveniles where he conducted hundreds of interviews with victims witnesses and suspects of domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes. Garrett received several commendations from both the community and his law enforcement peers for his professionalism, compassion and dedication to advocating for victims and their rights.

CRYSTAL ROGIER - VICTIM WITNESS COORDINATOR: Crystal began working at LillyBrooke in July of 2025 as a Victim Witness coordinator and advocate. She has an academic and professional background, having earned her degree in forensic science from Eastern Washington University in 2005, followed by a master's in toxicology from the University of Florida. More recently, she moved to the Sandpoint area in 2019 and achieved a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate, which reflects her commitment to expanding her education. She has a combined strong foundation in science with practical, hands-on work in the healthcare and forensic fields. Her diverse experience makes her well-equipped to handle complex situations with precision and knowledge. She has compassion and insight to assist victims' families through some of their most difficult moments. Whether it’s providing information, guidance, or victim support, her presence makes a significant difference in helping families of violent crime and victims of crime.
MEGAN VANCE - FAMILY ADVOCATE INTAKE SPECIALIST: Megan joined the team in October 2025! She has a previous background in working with victims and survivors of domestic violence, case management, advocacy, and resource referrals. She is from Washington and earned her Master's in Mental Health Counseling.
